Guidelines of Delivering
Medication from Pharmacies
The patient should receive the
prescribed medication from the internal pharmacies of the
Center. If the medication is not available in the center’s
pharmacy, he should have it stamped by the pharmacy’s seal.
The patient should go to the
nearest popular medical insurance pharmacy for receiving
medication if its within the list of the basic medications
of medical insurance.
If medication is not available
in three popular medical insurance’s pharmacies, the patient
should receive medication from any other pharmacy and
issuing an invoice indicating the cost of medication.
The patient shall meet the
re-funding section at the claims Department for refunding
75% of the invoice cost, provided that he carries with him
the invoice, prescription and patient’s card – chronic
diseases card if he is of chronic disease.
The patient should present his
insurance card when receiving medication from insurance
pharmacies and when refunding. Persons of chronic diseases
should present chronic diseases card upon receiving
medication from pharmacies and upon refunding.
