Subscribing in insurance provides opportunity to the employee and members of his family

 to enjoy all medical services at three levels:-

Service Levels: 

Level One:

* Check at the level of practitioner (freely).

* Routine lab examinations, bandages, injections and small operations  (freely).

* Putting to bed at wards during working hours (short stay) (freely)

Medicine: Only 25% of the cost.

Level Two:

- Medical Check by specialists (freely)

- Routine and advanced lab examinations, such as cardiac chart  and Rays (freely).

- Medicine: Only 25% of the cost.

Level Three:

- Medical Check by specialists (freely).

- All advanced lab and diagnostic examinations such as C.T. SCAN,  MRI (freely).

- Surgical Operation (freely)

- Hypnosis at hospitals (freely). 

medical services are received by presenting (medical card) to insurance officer in medical locations contracted with and specified in the card according to the subscriber house’s location.

For the insured persons of chronic diseases such as diabetic and hypertension …etc).

Annual chronic diseases card to be issued by the specialist doctor who writes medication in the card. Every month the card holder sees the practitioner for examination and prescribing of medication according to the directives of the specialist medical doctor.

The specialist doctor can not be seen except after referring by the practitioner who is specified by the specialist to the patient in the form specified for that.

They are treated in public sector without discrimination.

Regarding emergency cases in the evening shift, the utilities should review the insurance office on next day for completing the procedures of receiving medication through medical insurance.     

Partially subsidized medical Service:

Medical insurance provides partial subsidizing for some medical services. They are the following:

·       Treatment abroad.

·       Organs’ transplantation.

·       Beauty and fertility operations.

·       Compensational and assisting organs.

·       Chemical treatment.

·       Hemadialysis

All examinations of these diseases plus putting to bed are done (freely).
